Flashback Friday

These are two of the drawings I did at school, very average photos unfortunately, as all my original high school art work ,which I had kept for years, was lost in a flood. When I opened the suitcase they had been stored in, and just found a soggy mess, I literally cried.
I would use some of the drawings to make homemade cards (this was before scanners and printers)
I loved drawing, until I discovered I loved making jewellery more. Home made cards (80's)

    I'm sorry to hear about your art work being lost in a flood, I can imagine how awful and painful that would of been for you. I'm glad you were able to share these photos with us.

    I love these cards you made in the 80s, the drawings are so cool and they also have a similar style to your work now, in a strange way that's hard to explain. That must've sucked loosing all your work - I could imagine it hurt a lot.
