There are some diligent embroiderers about at present. Not having the time to stitch or knit (as much as I'd love to), I'll leave it to the Nanas and the new crafters in town. I'll keep getting my doilies and tea cosies from op shops, and raise my cup to them in an Earl Grey toast!
I LOVE that teacosy photo. And also your work, it's inspiring. We're in the process of ripping up our oldish kitchen lino, I'd love to send some to you but the floor guy reckons the white stuff stuck underneath is most likely a blend of asbestos, so, probably not a good idea. But I'll remember to keep an eye out for other peoples old lino around here!
