I owned a Crissy doll when I was younger. She was my only proper doll (I never had Barbies)I loved her gorgeous auburn hair that grew when you turned the knob on her back, and her pretty smiling face. She was long gone.... until I glanced in the toy basket at my local op-shop and there she was. Hair a little restyled, eyes a little recoloured , minus original orange dress, but still working and still pretty.

Oh my gosh - I had a Chrissy baby doll but my brother pulled her pony tail out & then I found it hard to look at her.
