This drawing was done by Lily - so long ago I can't remember. I adore cute kids art (maybe that's why I used to be an Art Teacher.)
It was the inspiration for this Terrier doggy brooch. I am taking suggestions for names (Chester has already been taken for my chipmunk!) So leave a comment with your name ideas this week. The Person who's name I choose will Win a terrier brooch like this one. This giveaway coincides with me celebrating my 200th post .Yay!!!!!!!
* I am listing all the names you've suggested so far , so look to the left !!! :-)
I'm going to choose 'Socket' because he looks like my sister's puppy.
ReplyDeleteSocket's really cute... I was going to suggest "Bacchus" which was my friend's miniature schnauzer's name. I know puppy is a terrier, but I always thought Bacchus was a great name... My friend's family used to live in the Barossa Valley - hence the passion for wine!
ReplyDeleteI like the name Teddy for a puppy.. Because there was a cute little terrier that lived behind our place that was called Teddy. And damn, he was cute!
ReplyDeleteTerry?

ReplyDeleteThat little dog looks strangely familiar to our dog, who by sheer coincidence, looks like a piece of lino.
ReplyDeleteOK, enough with the comedy.
Rosie Posie Reid.
That's our dogs name.
We use that name when she is in trouble (frequently) or else we just call her Rosie.
A fine name for a dog or a brooch.
