Once I used to follow recipes, but now I rarely do. I like to experiment when cooking , but not in a precise scientific way. It's more free form, adding what's in season, and modifying my cakes to try new flavours. Does this make me a BAD cook Mr Jamie Oliver? I don't own a single one of your books I'm sorry to say.

No fuss!I also very much like this recipe book, but more for the illustrations. You may recognize this image from Lino Forest's Corner Shop.
