I like Polaroids. I bought a Polaroid camera from a garage sale many years ago, but only used it once. The film seemed so expensive!
It's taken me while to get around to installing this fun application. Not quite the same as watching the image magically appear before your eyes in the real world, but you can "shake" your image to help it develop. There's a secret bluebird for a Vintage Lovin' pal hiding in amongst the"Burgundy stuff " above.
I found the only remaining Polaroid photo from that one time film. I think I gave away the others to the friends who were visiting that day.
There's Mr BJ and I in our backyard in Newtown, Sydney many years ago. Well sixteen to be exact. We were having a housewarming BBQ.
I had just found out I was going to be a Mama for the first time, so I guess we were both feeling a wonderful mix of happiness, nervous excitement, and mild trepidation!
P.S. Don't forget to enter the "Happy Greeting Cards" giveaway! I'll announce the winner on Tuesday.
What a sweet photo of you and Mr BJ!
