Hoo would like an Owl?

I have a lonely baby owl brooch who would like a home. He is short, chubby and buckley. I think he may be the runt of the nest and his friends and family are ignoring him.
So just leave a comment telling me why you would like this owlie to live with you. I'll choose a winner next Wednesday evening.

  1. I'd like to give him to my Mum who collects owls. I think she would love and care for him even if he is a runt. She brings the broken teddies home from the opshop where she works cause she can't stand the thought of them being thrown out.

  2. I secretly would like to collect owls. It's the Girl Guide in me, I swear. Thus far I have resisted, but could defintely make an exception for this one. Excuse my ignorance, but is this one of your regular designs. How could I have missed it. It's so cute.

  25. I found myself here following the list from big cats list of festival goers. It's growing faster than I can read, and I'd just made a vow to do more work not look at it! I'm glad I took the time to explore though as I have enjoyed browsing your blog. Your little critters are so cute!

  27. I'd make sure he developed a healthy self esteem by giving him plenty of outings and whenever he went out, I'd share the delightful story about his generous maker and how he came to be mine. :-)

  36. I love this owl. In fact, when I get up from a nap my husband always says I look a little owly, blink, blink. I think this owl could be my very own totem animal, even if I don't win, I think she's swell.
