Back to Nature

I've never quite decided if I am a true City girl, but I know if I don't get a bit of nature in my life each day I feel stressed. So luckily down the end of my inner suburban street is the lovely, bushy Merri Creek reserve where I walk each evening. First I cross over the stepping stones, and head down the track......My son loves spotting native birds down here too. Then I cross over the old suspension bridge that sways and wobbles. I used to cross this bridge as a little girl when I visited my Grandma's house. Not too far in the distance the tall buildings of the CBD peep above the trees.
A nice contrast of bustling business and quite reflection.

  3. You're a lucky gal to have that so close to home! Especially in the middle of melbourne. Nice to have a place where you can really breathe and stop for a moment.

  4. What a delightful place :) Love the wobbly bridge, and the birds. A place to walk and reflect... that's what everyone needs.
